CEOs You Should Know - Meg Marie O'Rourke, Harmony With Food

My name is Meg O'Rourke and I am the "anti-diet, no nonsense" dietitian! In addition to developing individualized nutrition strategies customized to each person's individual needs through the testing offered by my "Biounique Boutique™," I am also the #2 radio personality on iHeart radio Boston/Providence, and my "Harmony With Food™" podcast has over 20,000 downloads. Just listen to one of my programs or read one of my blogs to see why I don't believe in diets...

As a registered dietitian for over two decades, I focus on providing solid, proven advice for managing weight and living a healthier life; treating a wide range of conditions including eating disorders, weight loss, cardiac disease, gastrointestinal disorders, gut issues, food intolerances/allergies, and diabetes. It all starts with simple, unprocessed foods. While scores of fad diets and trends have come and gone, the food landscape has dramatically changed. As a result, I have developed a practical and time-tested approach to health and medicine, never failing to help clients and followers alike manage their weight and live better, healthier lives. From my trademarked secret, "Keep It A 5™," to the "Your Diet Do Over™" online course, the "Harmony With In Membership", and the "Biounique Boutique™," I have developed a multi-faceted approach which has helped hundreds of people reach their weight loss and health goals.

I separate nutrition fiction from fact in the media and often call out the 'Fake Food News." I am regularly called in to contribute to the media and have appeared on many platforms including Fox, MTV, ABC, and NBC. I also host a weekly radio show on iHeart Radio Providence. I speak to a host of food-related topics ranging from addiction to eating disorders to food sensitivities to conditions such as celiac disease and cancer. Recently, I founded the "Biounique Boutique", where I help clients delve further into their ailments by offering truly personalized nutrition solutions based off of my “One Size Does Not Fit All” philosophy. Through nutritional testing, I am able to involve patients in an understanding of chronic diseases, their individualized biochemistry, and how food is metabolized differently for everyone. From there, I am able to develop individualized nutrition strategies that are tailored to each person’s individual needs, focusing on issues such as gut health, weight loss resistance, and chronic fatigue.
