Rhode Island's Peter Neronha says he and counterparts from other states have secured a victory in a lawsuit against the Trump administration.
In May, the coalition filed a lawsuit against President Trump's executive order blocking federal approval for all wind projects.
This week a federal judge ruled that the President's order violated federal law for being "arbitrary and capricious."
Attorney General Neronha says the Trump administration cannot cancel clean energy projects just because they believe doing so is politically expedient - and the court ruling reaffirms that.
