Providence is partnering with Ocean State 2026 to activate Waterplace Park Pavilion as PUMA's House of Portugal during Rhode Island's Summer of Soccer.
Mayor Brett Smiley says Providence is ready to welcome the world this summer and the activation brings international energy to the waterfront; it celebrates the region's deep Portuguese heritage and supports downtown businesses.
Programming and features are expected to include immersive cultural and brand activations, live match viewing, athlete and celebrity appearances, fan engagement events and more.
