Police have arrested a suspect in connection with a stabbing in Barrington on Tuesday.
Sixty-six-year-old John Ciliberto is charged with felony assault and assault on a person over 60, causing serious bodily harm.
Police say the victim was found stabbed in the chest near the Riverside House apartment complex on Willett Avenue and he was taken to Rhode Island Hospital for treatment.
The victim reportedly identified the attacker as Ciliberto and was arrested.
Ciliberto was supposed to be arraigned Wednesday morning, but he needed medical treatment for issues that were not related to his arrest.
