He says President Trump's war of choice has become a war of multiple choice and his rationale keeps shifting.
Amo says instead of lowering costs for Rhode Islanders, President Trump is spending billions bombing Iran.
He says there was no vote in Congress, no clear objective, and no day-after plan.
Amo says the American people deserve a clear plan and a say - adding that war isn't one man's decision.
A vote is expected tomorrow but the vote is largely ceremonial since if it passes it would be vetoed by the President.
