On October 5th, more than 100 people unfolded as drivers performed dangerous stunts and shut down an intersection.
According to police, drivers spun donuts and drifted through the intersection while others blocked traffic to film for social media.
Among those arrested - William Cantwell, a 19-year-old from Warwick.
He is being charged with- Conspiracy; Disorderly Conduct; Shoplifting by Concealing Merchandise; Interfering with a Police Officer
This is one of several coordinated takeovers that were reported that weekend in Randolph, Boston, and other areas.
